Ben is a cross country runner for East Noble High School and an all-American man. He is also currently a junior who uses his running to help him get ready for the swim season. He is an outdoors man and likes to go hunting and fishing. He is also a firearms lover and a big fan of country music

His goal for next year is to break his running time of 18:30.

Ben achieves his goals by working hard, training, and thinking positive, and he loves running because it lets him encounter different schools and see new places. He also likes to meet new people through his running; when you run with someone, you get to know them very fast.

Ben plans to join the U.S. Military after high school so he can serve and protect his country.
