Raising a Ruckus!

Not only did we celebrate thirty years of the Apple Fest this past weekend, but we also got to celebrate twenty seven years of Raise a Ruckus! The theatrical country themed show never fails to get the whole audience clapping along to the toe-tapping songs. The talented East Noble students put on a fantastic show, and they always find a way to get the audience involved with the show by pulling up selected audience members to join them in the “Old Soft Show” dance.  You will never fail to have a good ole laugh while watching the show.

This year’s guests included:

Nick Smith – an East Noble Theatre alumnus and dancer in New York City

Audrey Ferguson – Miss Indiana’s Outstanding Teen

Morgan Jackson – Miss Indiana

“Raisin’ A Ruckus today at the Apple Fest was such a treat! Climbin’, stompin’, eatin’, clappin’, and singin’! Thank you East Noble and Apple Fest for allowing us to join in on the fun!” said Ferguson.

At the end of the Sunday show, The Raise A Ruckus cast and audience bid their farewells to Mr. and Mrs. Munk, as this was their last Raise A Ruckus show. Mr. Munk talked about his amazing twenty seven years of directing this show. Tears were shed and laughs were shared as the Raise A Ruckus members sang there tribute song to a legend of our East Noble Theatre program. Mr. and Mrs. Munk will be missed dearly, but Raise A Ruckus will live on!
