A New Vision, or ANV, is the group that performs every year during the annual dessert concert the day before East Noble Show Choir performs at the Bluffton Street Fair. Before ANV’s performance on Wednesday, September 23, five soloists performed before intermission, when cupcakes and punch were served.

ANV’s show is based on the musical, Wicked. The first number, “Magic to Do,” opens with a solo by Sophia Shultz, who plays Glinda. Other soloists include senior Kara Mason and junior Mackenzie Willett. The closing number, “Defying Gravity,” is led by soloist Lydia Tremaine playing Elphaba.

Don’t worry if you missed the dessert concert. East Noble Show Choir has many more performances closer to the winter. Check the Knightly Scroll in the future for more updates on show choir and many other groups and clubs.
