Hat Day during Riley Week

Hat Day during Riley Week

During the middle of Riley Week, Hat Day was held. For $1.00, students could wear their favorite hat in school during their classes on Wednesday (1.28). Typically, hats are not allowed to be wore in class. Students purchased their sticker, showing they had paid the $1, before classes started in the morning. Several handfuls of students donated the money, which contributed to money raised for Riley Hospital. Students wore hats from beanies to fun ones. While only a small percent of the student body participated in the themed day, money was still raised for the cause.
