It’s the second trimester of a new year. What’s that mean? It’s time to start practicing

for concerts again. East Noble High School’s Advanced, Intermediate, and Jazz bands are all

working hard to prepare for the concert series that is fast approaching. If you would like to hear

what they have in store this year, the concert dates are as follows (All performances will be

held in Cole Auditorium on Munk Stage):

• December 17, 2014

• February 26, 2015

• May 14, 2015

Additionally, students will be showcasing their talent at ISSMA solo and ensemble contest at

Carrol High School on February 7, 2015. The state competition, should students advance, will be

held at North Central High School February 28, 2015. Finally, concert band evaluations will be

held at Northridge High School (date TBA).

With the new trimester and the end of marching band comes a still very busy schedule,

and lots of opportunities to show school spirit and support East Noble’s bands. Any extra
