Where to Begin with Driver’s Ed.

If you’re wanting to begin driving but have no idea where to begin, then you’ve clicked the right article! Driving is a skill that the average person uses daily for the rest of their life. Most of your classmates are probably driving, and you want to start driving as well, but there is a lot to driving besides knowing how to operate a car. You probably have many questions: What does the written test cover? How do I get my learner’s permit? Where can I take an actual Driver’s Education class?

Unfortunately, I don’t have all the answers to your questions, but I can give you the first step of how to begin driver’s education: Drive Right Academy. This online driving education program is approved by the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and allows students who are at least 15 years old to enroll in the course to get their Learner’s Permit and eventually Driver’s License. This course covers everything you need to know into 30 hours of online-classroom work and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction. Registration is easy, but you will have to pay the $390 fee before you are able to finish the program. Once registered, you will be able to begin the classroom portion of the course which consists of reading, right of way, sign identification, and video sections. Each section is easy to understand and quick to complete. Once you have completed and passed the classwork portion, you will then be able to take a written exam at the BMV and receive your permit in order to begin the driving portion of the course and eventually get your driver’s license.
