Jurassic World Review

Prehistoric creatures run wild in the latest movie in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World

22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, the island of Isla Nublar is once again a theme park with genetically made dinosaurs cloned from DNA found in frozen mosquitos. Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) is called from his work station of training velociraptors by park manager Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) to inspect the cage of the park’s latest attraction, the Indominous rex. But when the dinosaur escapes, Owen and the island’s security team must find a way to stop it before it kills everyone on the island. Along the way, Owen also must protect Claire’s nephews, Gray (Ty Simpkins) and Zach (Nick Robinson)

I really enjoyed this movie. Seeing Chris Pratt as the lead role was a good choice, and I also liked the elements from the first film that they threw into this new film, such as the T. Rex and the old visitor center.

I give this movie an 8.5/10, or a B rating.
