Throughout the series, experts review the stories of famous western heroes and villains, including Jesse James, “Wild Bill” Hikock, Doc Holiday, Kit Carson, Davy Crocket, Black Bart, and Billy the Kid. In each episode, experts decipher myth from fact, and show the true story of each individual in the episode.
I really am enjoying this series. I’ve always been fascinated with history, and this series is pure history. The information that is given in each episode is really interesting. Some stuff that is revealed I never knew before. For example, I never knew that Black Bart stole cargo from Wells Fargo. I also didn’t know that Jesse James fought in the Civil War under the command of Bloody Bill.
I give this series a 10/10 for a good series, and a 5/5 for historic awesomeness.
