Original 3D Crystal Puzzle™ Review

Over Christmas break I obtained a puzzle, but it wasn’t a normal everyday 2D puzzle, but a 3D one.  I had heard of 3D puzzles before, but this one was different. Normally, the pieces would be of Styrofoam and just make some sort of famous building we all know, like the White House or Empire State Building, but this puzzle had clear pieces and they came in a variety of shapes. The puzzle I had gotten ahold of was the black skull whereas the brand Bepuzzled™ also had shapes like a teddy bear, a rose, an apple, a treasure chest, and more.

The puzzles are also leveled from one to three, three being the hardest. As far as I know, the easier it is, the less pieces, less complex, and smaller it can be. The skull was a level two puzzle, whereas an example level three would be the companies Pirate Ship and Castle. All the puzzles are a challenge particularly due to the pieces being clear, with both puzzles I’ve put together I’ve had to have a lamp nearby to differentiate the parts easier.

Like all puzzles though, they take several hours and often several people to put together. I found the challenge of the Original 3D Crystal Puzzle™’s stimulating and worth the hours of work so far and I want to try to get a hold of more of Bepuzzled™’s puzzles when at the store, when I can find them that is. It seems I’m not the only one who enjoys the new challenge and variety these puzzles give.
