On Saturday, August 29, the East Noble High School Boys Varsity team took the field to play against Blackhawk, hoping for a win.

They were sadly disappointed.

The Knights left the field at the end of the game reeling from a crushing 5-0 defeat. Though Blackhawk only scored one goal in the first half of the game (which was from a penalty kick), they came back in the second half and utterly destroyed the Knights by scoring four more goals before the game ended, thereby securing the victory that they had come for.

Looking at the scoreboard at the end of the game, sophomore Cory Thatcher remarked “Blackhawk was a good team.”
