Interview with Junior Maddie Zolman

As the season begins and games become a regular weekly occurrence, the Knights Varsity Softball team gets right down to business. Beginning the season with an undefeated record of 5-0, the team hopes to continue the win-streak as they take on four games in the upcoming days. So far, East Noble has conquered Elkhart Central, Central Noble, Prairie Heights, and Warsaw. Highlights of these games include home runs from junior Mackenzie Corbin and junior Megan Rainey, and an incredible start to pitching for freshman Payton Hart, sophomore Kirsten Wolf, and junior Jordan Speaker. All three of the team’s pitchers have had multiple strike-outs. The Knights have not had less than 13 hits in each game, and even had an entirely error-free game against Elkhart Central. The season is looking up for the determined, and tight-knit group of girls. Stay tuned for more updates on East Noble Softball!
