Fantastic Four Review

Four heroes must come together to save the world in Marvel’s reboot of Fantastic Four.

After a trip to an alternate dimension goes wrong, Reed Richards (Miles Teller), Sue Storm (Kate Mara), Johnny Storm (Michael B. Jordan), and Ben Grimm (Jamie Bell) acquire special abilities. Now they must learn how to control their new powers to stop madman Victor von Doom (Toby Kebbell) from destroying the entire planet.

Sadly, this movie was not the greatest, and I was disappointed with it. While the special effects were quite nice, the overall movie was mostly dull and boring. It took half the movie to actually set up the plotline. Also, in the comics, the Fantastic Four originally gain their powers from a cosmic storm. In the movie, they get their powers from going to another dimension, which frankly did not please me at all. It is, I am sorry to say, the worst Marvel movie I have ever seen so far.

I give this movie a 7.4/10, or a C rating, for being mostly boring and taking forever to establish the plot
