EN FCCLA State Conference in Indy

The East Noble Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) attended the state conference in Indianapolis March 6th, 7th, and 8th. Autum Ferrier, Danielle Cordial, and Alora Ritchie received gold medals for their S.M.I.L.E. (Spending Moments in the Lives of the Elderly) project. They went to the Chandler House on Valentine’s Day, where they sang, played guitar, and made cards with the residents. Hannah Smolinske received silver in Dynamic Dating, and Brian Tew received silver in Focus on the Basics. Dalton Miller was awarded a silver medal for FCCLA in Action/Community Service. For his project, he organized the FCCLA club to help gather donations of blankets, newspapers, shoes and cash for the Humane Shelter. East Noble FCCLA advisors are Elizabeth Flinner and Jenifer Sabrosky. Mrs. Sabrosky also was awarded a 20-year pin for her service to FCCLA. Good job to all of our FCCLA members on their awards and success at state!
