What’s Riley Week?

I’m glad you asked. Every January, student council organizes a fundraiser known as Riley Week. The week begins with a Riley dance this Saturday, the 24th, after the basketball game. The entry fee is a minimum of $1 donation and all proceeds are donated to Riley Children’s Hospital. Next week, the Riley Wagon is back! During 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th hours, a cart full of delicious snacks and drinks are rolled around going door-to-door to sell anything and everything left on the wagon. This is student council’s biggest fundraiser and they collect the most money to send to Riley because of the Riley Wagon, so save that change. Also next week, there will be a hat day and a wear red day. Businesses agree to donate money based on how many student wear red so dig out that red shirt now! Collage is the giant closer to Riley week. Collage is a big talent show anyone can be a part of. Auditions are January 26th and 27th right after school in the Auditorium. The show is February 6th at 7:00pm and everyone is welcomed to attend. Riley week is such a big week for the students of East Noble and the children of Riley Hospital. Please, try to participate and remember to just have fun!
