London, Paris, and Barcelona

Have you ever traveled to three different countries in one trip? Do you want to? Now is your chance, and at a good price too. During the summer of 2015, Ms. Schmiesing, one of our Spanish teachers, is taking a group on an eight day tour of London, Paris, and Barcelona.  There are 25 spots open for travelers, but East Noble High School foreign language students have priority. However, anyone can go, as long as Ms. Schmiesing approves. Any parents, graduated students, or friends can join in on this amazing experience as well!

So why travel? What’s the point? Educational travel is a vital part of a complete education. It expands views, promotes understanding, and provides first-hand experience of classroom lessons. On this trip, you will visit three completely different cities: London, where they speak English, and you will see the royal family on the queen’s birthday. Paris, where they speak French, and you will see the Eifel tower. Barcelona, where they speak Spanish, and most of the architecture is designed by an imaginative artist. Your cultural understanding will be greatly improved after you travel, and you will have fun doing it!

If you have any questions or comments, stop by Ms. Schmiesing’s room, 609, anytime. The daily announcements will occasionally have an update on this trip to Europe, as well as the trip to Costa Rica this summer, so you can stay up to date. Any upcoming meetings will be mentioned in the announcements, and anyone who is interested is welcome. They will talk about costs, possible fundraisers, trip itinerary, and all the different things you will experience. You definitely do not want to miss this great opportunity to learn while having fun.
