Mr. Arnold ran a landscaping course this last school year, and as a part of the class they did a hands on landscaping makeover on the Keck household. He does this class with a goal of making it as much as a real life experience as possible. The students go out and do measurements, and then sit down and actually design the project on their own with the guidance of Mr. Arnold. After all the designing is done and approved they actually go out to the home and do the work. The majority of the work was done during school hours, but the class had put in some efforts outside of school hours as well. It was stated by their instructor that “the kids worked hard and had a good time.” The Kecks are fully satisfied with the work the class did on their home. They admire all the hard work like hauling out rocks and dirt in order to put in the new growth.

As for now, the house looks good and the Kecks get to look at the awesome job the class did on a daily basis. Not to mention everything is still alive!
