As the weather cools down and holidays are quickly approaching, it seems all we can think about is the glorious Thanksgiving dinner we all envy for. Although some are fortunate enough to afford food for the holidays, others are not. This past Sunday, November 20th, East Noble High School students involved in various clubs and activities selflessly participated in this year’s Basket Brigade.
The Basket Brigade was successfully organized by Destiny Family of Faith Church in Kendallville. The day started out with everyone arriving at the church. Groups such as Student Council, DECA, and of course, the Knightly Scroll, were to wrap their baskets full of traditional Thanksgiving food. Many individuals of all backgrounds donated to make sure everyone had a great and fulfilling holiday. Hopefully, this will inspire you to donate and think about others during this holiday season!
